Police in Asheville, N.C., have arrested Edneyville, N.C. resident, 38-year-old Jeremy Justice in connection with a rash of flashings at a local Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and Waffle House.
This is not his first brush with the law. In November of 2016, Justice was charged with having child pornography and charged with indecent exposure in Henderson County, N.C.
Officers caught up to Justice, after an employee at a local Buffalo Wild Wings reported a man lying naked on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. Justice had already fled by the time police responded, but the employee was able to provide police with footage of him streaking through the parking lot.
Justice was found hiding out behind construction equipment at another nearby business. Interestingly enough, he was wearing clothes when he was caught by police.
Prior to actually being caught, police had received reports of a naked man in the parking lot of several other nearby fast-food restaurants, including McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Waffle House, according to Justice’s arrest warrants.
Managers from each restaurant declined to comment, but a couple snickered about the fast-food flasher.
Justice was charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure. He was being held at the Buncombe County Detention Center on $1,000 bond.
No word on if Justice is going to get any endorsement deals from any of the restaurants he decided to flash at.
