Does this Look like the Face of a Nanny who Stabbed two Children and then Slit her own Throat?

50-year-old Yoselyn Ortega is still in critical condition after the NYPD say she stabbed two children in her care before turning the knife on herself. The mother of the children, Marina Krim, who is married to the VP of CNBC Digital, Kevin Krim, was first on the scene.

Marina and Kevin have three children together. 2-year-old son Leo, 3-year-old daughter Nessie, and 6-year-old daughter, Lulu. Nessie was with her mother while the other two children, Leo and Lulu, were with the nanny, Yoselyn Ortega.

Marina walked into her luxurious Manhattan apartment and noticed all was dark. She stepped into the bathroom and hit the lights to see what no mother should. The nanny, hired to watch over her children, was lying on the floor covered in blood and two of her children, Leo and Lulu, were in the bathtub, stabbed to death.
