We can only hope…only joking; we merely jest, Lohans! According to the courts, a little time in county may be on the horizon for Lohan, who sources say has violated the terms of her probation by not attending her required alcohol classes. The judge in Lindsay’s case warned her last time she was in court that if she violates the terms of her probation, she’s getting locked up like Akon! Lindsay’s next court date is May 20.

In other Lohan news, Micheal Lohan, Lindsay’s estranged father, has decided to lay off his threat to have the authorities step in to save his daughter from her alleged prescription drug abuse problem. For now, the Lohans will just try to settle everything like a normal family…his lawyer will call hers.
